广州医科大学、呼吸疾病国家重点实验室、广州国家实验室PI。研究领域为计算表观遗传学,主要利用生物信息学方法探索肿瘤发生,发展及耐药的表观分子机制;同时,以此为基础开发新型基于表观分子标记(cfDNA甲基化)的液体活检技术,用以早期检测重大疾病的发生、监测病情发展和评估治疗效果。课题组将利用和开发生物信息学方法,通过系统深入挖掘多组学大数据(单细胞转录组、单细胞表观组、DNA/组蛋白修饰组和染色体3D组等)从多维度深入理解重大疾病的发生的分子机制;依托国家实验室平台以临床应用为目的,研究来自于大规模临床样本的多组学数据,探索呼吸相关疾病的致病机理和开发新的用于早期诊断的呼吸疾病相关的表观生物标记物。

截止到20233月,共发表SCI论文30余篇。其中以(共同)第一/共一作者或通讯作者在Sci AdvNat Commun x3NARJCIJACSAm. J. Respir. Crit. Care MedBrief. Bioinformatics, Gut Microbe, Clin EpigeneticsStem Cells等高水平杂志发表13篇代表论文10IF>10,累积影响因子超过200,引用超过680次,h-index 18曾在美国担任助理教授并主持完成一项120美元项目(cfDNA 甲基化)。
